After hours tossing and turning, I finally got to sleep, but then woke up feeling like I couldn't breathe, that I needed to run.

I can't take any more of his calling out to me. I need to know what's going on. At the very least, I have to somehow break the connection. But how do I get him to "hang up"?

How do I even explain this to him without sounding like a lunatic?
